Age Range: 21 - 30 years

Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years (Subject to conditions)
- Existing Confirmed Employees of Public Sector General Insurance Companies: 8 years
Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Stream (Min 60% (55% for SC/ST)) from Recognized University

Selection Process

Phase I: Preliminary Examination
Objective Tests for 100 marks (English Language, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude). Duration: 1 Hour.

Phase II: Main Examination
Objective Tests (200 marks) and Descriptive Test (30 marks for Generalist / 50 marks for Hindi Officers).

Phase III: Interview
Ratio of Online Main Exam and Interview is 80:20.

Guarantee Bond
Selected candidates must give an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum period of four years (including probation). Liquidated damages equivalent to one year's gross salary apply for early resignation.
Probation
Probation period is one year, extendable up to one more year. Officers must pass the 'Licentiate Examination' conducted by the Insurance Institute of India for confirmation.
